A formidable challenge! The toughest race in one day in the whole of Europe, both in terms of distance, as well as gradient.

The AVM is the Ardéchoise with a loop of the Sucs circuit.

After inhaling the scents of the Mediterranean on the long climb of the pass de la Barricaude, at Gerbier-de-Jonc you will discover the highlands of the Ardèche with Mount Mézenc the highest point of the Ardèche at 1754 m.

There you will see farmhouses with tiled roofs of slate, pastures, conical volcanic hills (Sucs) and Broom and Blueberries. Wonderful,  and you may have the impression of cycling on the roof of the world!
