Assistance
On the Saturday, medical aid and general assistance together with relay points for pick-up coaches are provided on the one-day circuits of the Ardéchoise .
Mavic, Shimano, Cycles Mallarte-Roux and Guirronnet will all supply technical assistance. All labour is supplied free of charge but all parts will be charged.

On the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, mechanical and medical assistance are not provided.
In the event of an accident on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, the cyclist will notify, or ensure that notification is given to, L’Ardéchoise, the person responsible for their accommodation and hotel owner, in cases of serious injury, the Pompiers (Fire Brigade). Relevant telephone numbers will be listed on the number card for their bike. Each participant must be insured and, if taken back to St Félicien, will need to contact his insurance company him/herself. In case of abandonment the cyclist joins his accommodation at own expense.
On Saturday, those retiring from the race (outside the 1 day circuits) must make their own way to the pick-up coach situated at Gerbier-de-Jonc or at Sagnes-et-Goudoulet.
