REGISTRATION FOR THE ARDECHOISE IS BINDING

Registration for the Ardéchoise is binding and no refunds will be given. If you withdraw, the deposit for your chip will be sent to you within 3 months after the race.

A deposit of €10 for your chip will be refunded when you return the chip at the finish. All chips must be returned in Saint-Félicien at the end of the race or sent to L’Ardéchoise by no later than 30th June. After this date deposits will not be refunded and cyclists will be invoiced €40.

Teams will be only valid if a name of the club and its town is noticed on your registration form.

If you wish to change the category you have registered for, please send a cheque for €5 to cover costs, together with your original confirmation letter, before 30th May.

Before 11th June you may have another cyclist replace you. Your replacement should send the confirmation letter of the withdrawing cyclist, together with a new Registration Form and a cheque for €10 to cover costs.
